At 23:10 into the video, the person asking Roger if he can stay toxic free is the gentleman that owns the Hedge Fund and no I didn't get the name and yes I should have asked him but didn't because when I was talking to him he said he had seen this Company when he was doing his research but it wasn't one on his list, I'm assuming I changed his mind when I told him HPTG was my main interest because of the way it reduced the particulates in diesel truck exhaust which is a big contributor to a lot of health problems and weather disruption, I explained to him that it was like adding oxygen to acetylene to give it a clean blue burning flame instead of the orange sooty type flame.

We'll know in days if he has taken interest. Imo
