What baloney. Frank H is clearly a sharp, honest individual, but there were plenty of good, sharp people at Q. They had no bearing on Olsen and Schenk not keeping proper books, burning cash, and lying to shareholders.

Now, if Frank H was in charge INSTEAD of Frank O from the beginning, yes, he could have made a big difference.

As for the shows, people can quibble about programming choices at Q. The fact is, NOBODY gets programming correct on a brand new network right-off-the-bat. It takes time and money, like anything. Starting a network probably takes a good $100 million or more. Which is why Olsen's lies were such a disaster. He misled folks into believing Q had enough secure funding and hundreds of millions in assets to sustain the network until it was cashflow positive. The truth was ugly: only a few hundred subscribers and a negative net worth.
