I still didn't see the post with the phrase in which SK promised us for sure a partnership deal within the year witch would end these polemics.

Well yes, those were/should have/could have/ catalysts for the shareholders but the markets decided not yet. Why? We don't know.

Maybe they want to see the Courts turn down the Class Action for the 4th time. Or they, otherwise then Scientists, didn't understand the importance or weight of said events but THE EVENTS HAPPENED.

SK did NOT describe the exact effect the events would have on the share price. With this stock he would be a complete i... if he did. PPHM announced increase turn-over and profit for Avid (on a near 50% gross profit) and the share price of PPHM goes down? What is the logic behind that.

I think the problem isn't in so much with what King or PPHM people say but with the BUILD-UP expectation by those who hear it and those who amplify it to proportions were it doesn't much what was said any more and hence seems to be not accomplished.
