NV SOS has an updated list of directors that matches OTC Markets but the company name don't match. Think that is a FINTA requirement. Nowhere other than a PR lists Zhang as the CEO. Companies can put about whatever they please in a PR and there is always that safe harbor statement at the end.

We all know Caervision (private company) has been successful under the leadership of its (and Vitall's) CEO Jack Zhang

Do we? I remember when you told me that Caervision was a private company and didn't release financials. I agree that they were but now are public so show us the balance sheet and we will know for sure.

As for Jack, who knows if he is running a successful company or not. Back to that private company thing. We really don't know now do we? Caervision website really doesn't give you any inkling to the status of the company other than it is a advertizing agency that provides out of home videos for businesses. Check Jacks LinkedIn profile and we get what he typed in. No way of knowing if it is a fact or fiction.

Now for Vitall. Dig around a bit on that one. I think you can put two and two together and get the correct answer. There is a trail you can follow. So I will tell you to do some DD like you said I could.

Here is the puzzling part. Jack is a advertizing man. This is a medical monitoring device that they are claiming. Something not normally that goes together.
