It's not complaining, it's informing. The people that Bill and Steven contact with their package of lies should get the reality of this company's history. Complaining on this chat board would be useless as most agree that this company is a dilution scam. Encouraging people to take a few moments and research this company's past practice before they give their hard earned money to those two frauds is the right thing to do. Many have come here to promote this garbage stock only to realize they were lied to and their money is gone. Most disappear and a few stick around to pay it forward and hopefully keep those two crooks from taking money from as few as possible.
