Of course everyone knows that the true share structure is unknown.

GRCU doesn't file audited financials or file with the SEC.

The TA is gagged - so you can only post what the tells shareholders - just parroting the company line without any verification is a poor way to think you know the share structure.

GRCU has a propensity for being untruthful in press releases - so why would you take a gospel any information they issue without independently verifying the information?

You keep posting about the O/S but you don't have any information that has been verified.

GRCU O/S common shs stability is quite impressive.
When performing an analysis of an OTC company, most areas of discussion are highly subjective. Since this is the case, any objective measures that exist become critically important in the overall assessment of future potential.

As one who has researched many companies - I know that you can't trust what a stinky pinky issues in a press release or a financial statement unless you can verify it.

GRCU has done too much shady stuff in the past to believe any information that they provide.
