Well, I don't think it is a reputable company given all the crap and misleading information they have published.

For another thing, I think we will find that PL has basically thrown in the towel and this dog will never reopen. All that's left is the reverse split, a sell off to anyone stupid enough to buy more. Then they'll officially be a worthless shell or they will go out of business. Pretty much business as usual for this horrible, horrible company and its incompetent CEO.
