WRONG. If I want to open a thread that clearly lays out only the longs of a stock it means only the longs. That would have to be sought out specifically. If I go on a site and type in the ticker and it does not go to a site then that is a matter an "Awareness of Audience" issued and protected by law. I can assemble a group of people I liek to discuss whatever we want harmoniously. No bashers, no opposing views. it means I want to talk to only those that have the same interest I do.

What you are saying is that anyone can crash the party. I disagree. You do not have a right to post off topic and to make reckless posts or crash the party. If you try that in real life you get TOSSED out on your backside.

I think maybe a site should have in its TOU ... You promise to "Tell the truth the WHOLE truth and nothing but the TRUTH." Also maybe a "Anything you post can and may be used against you in a court of law."

If people know they could get nailed for their so called truth and thus have a duty to be honest I believe the freedom of speech activists would also have a problem with that.
