Yeah, and in exchange for such a transaction, QASP shareholders would receive something alright... Same thing they always receive: More convertible debt.

And then on top of that, the shareholders would never even know about it for 3 to 6 months, depending on the timing. Or maybe never, should QASP choose to go dark again.
