The downward pressure here is intense. Dilution is crushing longs trying to hold up the share price. I hope Dror has something up his sleeves. This could get ugly if we don't close back above .0010 soon.

$VPOR needs a super strong 4th quarter financials. Also Dror needs to release details on the new contracts in FL and CO. So far it's just fluff IMO. If the Company has any cash on hand, they need to use it now to chip away at the debt! Even with the penalty fees, it at least shows Dror cares about his shareholders. I would also suggest lowering the preferred share count. There is no reason to have 10,000,000 preferred b stock shares on hand. That equals 18,000,000,000 common shares when converted....
