The problem isn't just the amount of debt.

The hardest part to swallow is the fact they took 1.2 mil from Hannover to buy american vaporizer off themselves. Yaniv owned it.

So they created a ticker with vpor , then have now purchased 2 business off themselves that they owned privately with shareholder dollars.

That's questionable business ethics anyone with half a brain knows that dror is a complete scumbag but this is almost silly
