Why would this POS get to that range?

The CD holder doesn't give a shit if he gets his discounted shares at .00005 and sells them for .0001 - doubles his money.

In fact, he probably prefers getting them there as every tick up (down there) is a far greater multiple than .01 to .011.

The plan, with qasp, has always been to separate the commoners from their money through converted debt.
