NTEK CEO which states 90 days for HVEL S-1 Registration, etc. &
suggests that NTEK & other divisions will be audited but with
ZERO, NONE, NO TIMELINE.



Anyone with 1/2 a brain & ANY BUSINESS SENSE out to be thinking along:
1) UltraFlix PORTED on Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic & EVERYWHERE else FIRST!!
2) MORE Content uploaded for promotional & marketing campaigns.
3) Increased revenues
4) Capture market-share
5) Get some LIVE broadcasts done (IMMEDIATE revenues, distinction & awareness for UltraFlix)

THEN get the audits completed (for NTEK). Other divisions &/or NTEK
tickers may very well likely GO FASTER, easier, & necessary to be
done more quickly (Casino Gaming Licensing, for example).

Right now for NTEK, REVENUES & MARKET SHARE are KEY!!!


Get the product ported on ALL UltraHD/4K TVs
Get the content uploaded
