salty, I also learned that an RSI-4/daily number of 15 or lower was a good place to go long. If you go back a year, the RSI-4 level of 15 occurs very infrequently. In fact, I can identify only three other times when the RSI-4 level went lower than it is right now:

6/27--7.32 (Q36.71)
10/12--10.49 (Q37.39)
12/30--13.30 (Q40.41)

In each case, enormous rallies followed. 2X
