That is not entirely true...the company came out of R&D about two years ago, but have not been working on audits for that amount of time...and going with new auditors has postponed the audits. But I do believe they are being worked on as I type and will be coming out.

What I post on this board is my own humble opinion, based on my own Due Diligence.
