When did I ever say I wasn't? In otcbb companies, most fraud happens to be through promoters/hypists/touters/pumpers than through short and distorters which is why I post more about pumpers and distorters. I am against anyone who lies on these boards, for gain or not. I think if someone posts a fake/forged positive or negative press release, they should be sued. I think if someone posts their opinion, negative or positive, as long as it's honest, they shouldn't be sued.

I am a witness in a current SEC case in regard to a stock promoter who ripped people off for millions. I am currently being sued by a company who also used this stock promoter. This company just lost round one and two and it should be formally dismissed soon. Everything I posted was the truth.

Is there not something with the SEC that you should not comment on on going cases...
