bankruptcy was public knowledge

I was checking the bankruptcy site daily. Anyone could have done it. Anyone could have also called the attorney like I did to confirm it. jmhollen knew they filed bankrutpcy as he posted he was talking to the courts yet he didn't post that they went chapter 7.
