It goes to show what kind of person he is - if he scams old people out of their retirement savings and make them lose their homes, how can we believe he wouldn't scam his shareholders as well, this is a non-SEC reporting pinkie stinkie with shoddy reporting, shoddy financials (and even the auditor won't sign off on it, he would only say that as far as he knows from his review, it seems ok, key word is "review", not "audit"). He hires Perry Coleman to be his Ir person, this is the same Perry who predicted MJNA would make $350M in sales for 2014.

Michael's history as well as MJNA's disclosures combined are major reasons to be very suspicious of this stock.
