I spoke with people who worked on different pieces of the VZ buy of MCI than I did. Not many people knew that MCI managed about 50% of the internet backbone network. And, apparently, MCI was looking to work with TMMI. Now, there are several large "players" that are interested in working with TMMI. The PPS will soar the day any news of a deal is released with more likely to follow. IMO. Go TMMI
