If you're talking about NVAX being a buyout candidate based on the CEO, I can tell you that their CEO, Stanley Erck, is on record multiple times saying that they want to "go it alone." Take that for what it's worth, though, I guess. I've been in NVAX since May of 2013 and have followed them closely. Whether or not they have buyout vig, I think they will be successful with their vaccine platform and their multiple shots on goal including RSV, seasonal flu, pandemic flu, MERS, Ebola, etc.
