Remember folks...GREAT deals dont need to by huped or pumped..not only can the average investor find GREAT deals paying 1500+%, but I assure you smart money KNOWS how to sniff out and jump on GREAT deals..and they sir have spoken...smart money will not go near this deal....that is VERY telling and VERY obvious!
