Exactly. I would hope even landscapers would be licensed AND insured so they can pay into Worker's Comp,etc. If I hire a contractor and it has a lic.# on the side of the vehicle and an I.D. number I call up to verify that contractor is licensed and insured(incl. coverage). OSHA frowns upon unlicensed/insured when making surprise visits to sites. I know first hand. GLTA PR
