On the surface it might seem logical for the diluters to "Let it Run". But really, they have no incentive to. They have access to virtually unlimited amounts of new shares so the tick doesn't matter in regard to the dollar amount they can harvest from their "investors".

In fact, as the float bloats all those shares previously sold actually represent potential competition to the diluters for a limited pool of dollars.

That's why you need a low floater to get those penny panic runs. QASP is no longer a low floater. It's become a high bloater... Again.
