The dot you have discovered causes the dots to connect even better than ever...

...I for one thank you...and others should too.

You see, "it's elementary my dear Watson", because it's all in the way you posed the question to Dan K. You phrased it in the present tense. If you had phrased it in the past tense, back when Ntephe was still working for ERHC, then DK would have been able to answer the question.

Of course, when phrased in the present tense, Dan cannot answer the question, because if he did, he would end up revealing that Ntephe no longer works for ERHC and when Ntephe was going to the Gherkin, he was indeed going to work...but not for ERHC. That's because the Gherkin is world renowned for having the launching pad headquarters of any political campaign in Nigeria and/or other African countries. Unlike in America, where most of a candidate's campaigning is done in the USA...when it comes to Africa, campaigning actually takes place in London. Now, I know you might want a link for that, but I don't have it because I totally just made that up off the top of my head.

So when Dan says there's no ERHC office in London, he is telling the truth. But he cannot comment any further without revealing that Ntephe married a woman who would earn a living sustaining PN, while PN explores his political career out of his campaign offices at the Gherkin.

Dan may have been forced to reveal that after the convertible debt issuance, Offor was unhappy about his diluted interest and so gave Ntephe a few more months to gather his belongings before leaving ERHC. Luckily for Ntephe, face will be saved because CEPSA is on the verge of a buyout with ERHC and that will be the reason given for Ntephe departure.

Now you might wonder how it is possible that Ntephe and Sylvan can buy shares with a buyout imminent without ruffling feathers at the SEC. I dunno. I'm not a lawyer...but they are lawyers, and I'm sure they've figured that one out.

You might also be wondering how it is possible that Ntephe no longer works at ERHC without a PR informing us of this development but instead he works at his campaign offices at the Gherkin, and once again, I must answer, I dunno. I'm not a lawyer. But if I were to venture a guess, revealing a material CEO departure would prematurely reveal CEPSA's purchase of ERHC for $14 a share and potentially sour the deal.

Now. I'm sure you realize by now that most of this stuff is made up ... but still could have a basis in reality...for it not for the following words:

Sherlock Holmes 101

Good luck on solving this mystery,

Krombacher
