I was talking about the LA Times, not you. I don't see any ads here yet. I don't see you personally doing any investigative reporting or writing your own articles. Obviously I'm talking about the newspaper.

I do think that if the content here is filtered by you through your chairman concept and rules and regulations to the point that it is very slanted in the direction of stock promoters and pump and dumpers that ihub could be held accountable. If you have a rule, written or unwritten, that only positive posts are desired here, you will be controlling the content and could be liable if there is fraud invovled in the content.

I think this is similar to the drug dealer rule and real estate. If you own an apartment building in CA and there are drug dealers selling out of it and you know it and turn a blind eye, the state can come and take your building away from you. They hold the building owner responsible for the actions of the tenants, whether they pay the rent or not.
