This is the reason i did not buy shares. It looks like ceo expects to get sued and tries to protect himself with filing bankruptcy.
If there would be hope for the company, you don´t expect to get sued by shareholders.
He disappeared without any explanation, took the website down....
Something is very wrong here imo!
