Lol... probably reasons for no ppas news...

Anyways looking at reality here its entirely up swet how to market obtaining any ppas. Could be as they go/or they may wait till all are obtained (like in mex). I would've imagined by taking a straight guess Pickett would have released a pr about ppas by now having been bidding around oct/nov/dec.

Given the time line to due date being sooner later (aug) if I were Pickett I would NOT release any ppa prs until I was 100 percent completed to avoid criticisms of the due date. Zoom out, think rationally you might find these choices are sensible.

Imo... ppas will not be released for months on end if successful likely come August.
