Nothing puzzling..lets see the sequence of events..first..TSPG and Citi had an agreement..

..and this sentence clearly says that the agreement will be closed in the first quarter ..which is any day NOW!

The TSPG management team is devising a detailed operating model for the business and anticipates closing transaction in the next quarter.

..Then there was some confusion wherein Citi first intially made it sound that the deal is off on twitter..and then.. the suspense increased when Citi started deleting their tweets about the deal being off!!!

.. Then the CEO of TSPG makes it clear that Updates will be released.. shortly..as under..



..Know what happens when the deal is announced to be closed..I will give you an idea..read under..

Just look at the Revenues generated by other companies ..

Uber, Inc. the taxi replacement service is operating in 98 US cities and 44 countries, They have raised over $1.6 billion and achieved a recent valuation in excess of $18 bln. The company has seen tremendous growth since its inception. Recent valuation has increased over $13 billion and The top VC's and investment banking in silicon valley have participated in recent, including Google (GOOG), Black Rock, Kleiner Perkins and Menlo Ventures..

Lyft is a much smaller competitor to UBER, operating in 64 US cities with no international operations. Recent valuation is over $700 mm having raised $333mm in financing. www.lyft.com/.

..Just Imagine what would be the PPS of TSPG..once the Deal is closed..
