P1b SYN-004 Data: It's in the third of 3 safety reviews and they hope to release either before or at the 2015 Bio CEO & Investors Conference Monday, 2/9.
P2a SYN-004 Trial Start: To commence shortly after P1b final safety review which is in progress and due any day.
P2b SYN-004: Top line efficacy data expected by EOY.
Trimesta MRIs: Expected 1H 2015. Timing to depend on Dr. Voshkul, e.g. publication of data.
Trimesta Partnership Discussions: Expected deal by 1H 2015. Discussions have been almost daily and are occurring globally. (I'd like to think the emphasis on globally as she said it twice is in reference to TEVA)
P1 SYN-005 for Whooping Cough: SYN is seeking non-dilutive financing through various outlets such as the Gates Foundation, NIH, etc. and will commence clinical trials once funding is in hand.
P1 SYN-010 for C-IBS: This should start soon.

Overall, I was pleased with the conversation. She sounded very upbeat and excited. Also, I verified that indeed Riley was invited to participate in the “Trust Your Gut” Therapeutic Opportunities from the Microbiome panel discussion. This was something where the program coordinators reached out to Riley and asked him to participate.

SYN winning the "Most Distinguished Public Company" at the Buzz of Bio Contest will draw a lot of interest from investors at the conference. And with Riley invited to the Panel Discussion, should further that interest.

Unfortunately, the panel discussion won't be webcast, but it still helps out shareholders. SYN has a lot of upcoming milestones that should get it out of its doldrums and sideways trading. A partnership deal would make the pps fly, especially if they land a 9 figure upfront payment. With a market cap of only 121MM, a deal like that could easily double the share price."
