made this for bryan tonight. got some boneless chicken thighs, beat them thinner, marinated them overnight in low sodium teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke and bbq sauce and some garlic powder. then cooked it in a pan with a small can of chunk pineapples, and the juice. served with a baked potato. yummo!
