It happens with some other penny stocks -- annual or twice annual or quarterly buys by officers. In this case, it looked like the officer started buying Dec 5 -- I saw the pattern begin -- and it topped out the next Tuesday above where one could have hoped for a short term move (.033). This only made any sense to me if some had said to their broker, in essence, "Buy x number of shares among those available for sale". Most of the shares traded about .0125- .015, but a few made it to 0.033 as if to fill a buy order quota.
