All everyone see is the OS and AS increase

Theres so much more context behind this PR today. Cashflow, debt free by eo1Q15, no R/S. The AS increase is protection for the debt holders. No new added debt/equity arrangements have been made.

Its not all roses and the OS level will require a RS later this year, but after the company is debt free and cash flow neutral or positive. The price point here at 0014 is compelling going into what will be a major year for the Vape sector. Seems overreaction from the 8K will provide decent prices to bid and hold.

Anyway, my 2c.
