Good article... of course the formula used to calculate the unemployment rate isn't an invention by President Obama, it has been the same for decades.

What we need is the plan the President has proposed: Investments in infrastructure, increased funding for education, and an increase in the minimum wage. This is true "trickle down economics," not more tax cuts for the rich and corporate tax loopholes.
