Dr. Earl Azimov: Dr. Azimov has served as a Director and Chairman of our Board since August 2006. Dr. Azimov is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Miazzi Ventures Inc.,a merchant bank that he co-founded that has assumed leadership roles in early stage companies since 1996, including Mamma.com, which was sold in 1999 for an eight figure valuation.
I wonder if he was involved with Irving Kott per the attached. Kott made Renken look like an amateur. If anyone has any info please let me know. Would love to know Azimov's roles at mamma.com.
