Northern Oil and Gas Inc (NOG)

Been watching NOG from a distance, and have not held a position, yet. Aside from macro issues like oil price and geopolitical events, can you briefly point out the bear case for NOG, as a company specific issue? Sure looks like a great buy to me, and I have an order in, waiting. I have held some other Bakken players. I like the business plan of NOG, based on their recent investor update on their web site.

I have eheld or currently hold several such companies with significant Bakken, Marcellus/Utica, Permian and Eagle Ford plays. The names of some are OAS, HK, CLR, PXD, PVA, CWEI and some others.
