I agree with investing in 'a business model' but you are investing in the management and major shareholders and that's the difference.
If management was taking $1 per year in salary and giving themselves options at 5 or 10 cents a share that would be something to invest in.
But charging $60,000 per year because Ken painted the GCEI name on his law office door is pure theft imo. Ask yourself a simple question - does GCEI need a Montreal office at all?
Would you consider investing in a company where Bernie Madoff was in charge of IR? Do you fully understand exactly what Renken did - look it up?
Why have we added 200 million shares in the last 2 years? Was it for acquisitions?
