Thank you for posting this. And ORrep- I am 75% done with an MBA and still don't fully understand this nuanced type stuff.

But- my personal advice is to do it. It's a huge pain in the ass with kids and work, but as I near the conclusion of my program I have learned a ton that will help me in personal finance and hopefully professionally as well. "Timing" will suck for the rest of your life: there will never be a time that is good. I don't want to come across as an all knowing d-bag, but just do it. It's going to be a pain no matter when you decide to do it, but I think you will find it is worth the effort.
