FXCM $$$$ They still rate it as a hold...doesn't matter because the street has been wrong with many stocks, for ex., Cramer said to sell NOK and it ran to $8.00 +++ and the same with RAD...it depends on what side of the trade they're on...but FYI if the street says buy, get ready to sell because they'll be dumping the shares that they front loaded.
