In reality it's not a big deal either way, since no money was paid to enter the sweepstakes and it's for such a low value prize there would never be any criminal litigation do to not following thru.
And if they do follow they on it, what does it prove? The winners will get a voucher for a product that doesn't exist?
They could very easily just randomly pick 100 names out of the phone book. How many shareholders are there? Will they all win a free bottle of imaginary product? Did they even have 100 entries?
So many curiosities for so many people to keep questioning when the only reality that matters is ZERO PRODUCT.
