You are assuming this company was ever legitimate. I am quite sure it was an insider enrichment scam from Day 1.

Legitimate exploration companies have one thing in common. They EXPLORE. That is the only legitimate way to bring value to shareholders. They don't buy old clapped out mines, publish fraudulent mineral valuations using a foreign standard (NI 43-101) to which they cannot comply and funnel money to insiders.

Companies like CGFI do serious damage to real exploration companies and the industry as a whole.
