What kind of put options are available? I'd imagine they'd cost a fortune and expire quickly. There's always risk of an uptick upon filing BK. And there will be tons of rumors. A stalking horse implies that someone sees value in the assets, although that may not do anything for current shareholders. Very risky stuff long or short.
