The acquisition of the mill was another sign these people had zero clue. For the mill to work, you need something to put through it. They had none, and no chance of getting any. The average time to open a mine (even a former producer) is currently 18 years. Permitting alone takes millions (or tens of millions) of dollars and years of studies, government reviews, and revisions. Mineral exploration and mining are very regimented, painstaking processes. CGFI somehow though jumping right to step 50 and skipping steps 1-49 would result in profits. It not only did not, it had zero chance of ever succeeding.

A clear and obvious fraud.
