We may have missed a very important point in WIV's reply to NSD.

To quote: "New BOD members weren’t happy with the EPA results being generated and brought on board folks they’ve previously and successfully used with the EPA. That topic was referenced in Ed’s recent letter and I think is the reason for the renewed optimism on that front."

Assuming that WIV has a solid source for his information, this means that one of the new BOD members, Esposito or Caponi, connected Medizone with the DC lawyers who are dealing with the EPA. The timing of the DC connection would seem to make Esposito the more likely party, since Caponi came on board after the attorneys were involved.

This answers some of the questions about Esposito's interest and contribution to the Company. EPA is crucial, ho knows this, and he is using his connections (as least according to WIV) to make it happen.
