If the commons are selling for 3c, that means that they are worth $3M. And if that is true, then the A-1s are worth $97M (based on the 97:3 ratio in the filings). So, total market cap would be $100M.
You really think this is a $100M company? LOL -- Ken wouldn't be going this pinksheet route if he was sitting on $100M patents.
And if the A/S increase was to issue shares, then 3c would imply $6M at 200M commons with an extra $194M for the A-1s, for a total market cap of $200M.
But with enough of a push, even totally worthless shares can go way up. Big profits for those who are nimble enough and/or know what the boiler room targets are.
