just put it this way someone needs to report these guys other than one person, these guys have taken a lot of money and are getting away with it momentarily. The SEC does not step in all the time, they hit you when you accumulate a ridiculous amount of money. I know of these guys very well I have talked with these guys including the CEO face to face before he took over the company, funny how when he takes over the company the stock crashes! Wake up people listen to me I know this dirt bag he has a track record of messing up companies, now he has to make drastic measures in order to get this thing back up with money they don't have.
