Do you think that 'majority controlled sub' means that the new company will own most of ntek? If so, then that's pretty conclusive that nanotech is going to decimate all original ntek stockholders, probably with a so-called gift of the new companies stock for like thousands of ntek stock....1 new gift for 1000, or 1500 ntek shares?
That pretty much says that doesn't it?
It makes no sense that the ntek principle wants to hand over control to another shady ceo.
Unless of course, the ntek principle works out the deal where he is the majority owner of the new company stock as well..
