To be candid, you and Matt, at a minimum, are guilty of incompetence ... perhaps you should hire stockaholic to do your QA and security testing, if you do any.

In my organization, network admins are fired for far less.

I do have a question, how am I to be comfortable that my personal information provided to IHUB is secure when you cannot secure your own ?

What assurances can IHUB provide that confidential information provided to them remains confidential ?
