"REXX is interesting. It is much more oversold compared to most peers in the sector. I think a trade for a bounce toward 3.00 possibly upper 3's is due. A reasonable, yet nice expectation from 2.60 (or lower 2's?) because I'm setting strategy goal for 9 day avg (3.60+) area. This thing is significantly under its 9 day (SMA/EMA), therefore very oversold and an opportunity for short term bounce trade (at least) in my view"

Currently developing in related sector is BXE & SALT, that are now looking like REXX did in mid-January, that I've been covering (& entering) in last couple days
