I find AGTC intriguing, but the trading volume is a little thin, which might preclude my taking a position.

I'm a bit surprised to hear you say that. Weren't you patiently and painstakingly accumulating ENTA in 2013 when the volume was often less than 50K per day?

FWIW, I was buying AGTC in November and December whenever the PPS dipped below $20 and have accumulated a decent-sized position, but those days may be over.
