I'm sure I missed a few

but, pixel by pixel, the picture gets filled in and the image becomes clear

a small handful of people richly reward themselves in amounts that defy logic, while spinning tales that don't stand the test of time and are proven to be total fabrications as nuggets of truth inevitably leak out

Now pair that up with the latest PIPE and the investors put $8M into DDI to find their value slashed in half in a few short months and an apparent failure to comply with the independent board component of the stock purchase agreement.

IMO, the key questions now are -

Have members of DDI executive management or directors (past and present) violated SEC regulations relevant to use of corporate funds and/or disclosure of material events and/or financial reporting?

Is Deep Down Inc currently under investigation by the SEC?


I think it's clear by my posts that I think laws have been broken and that shareholders have been damaged not by accident or incompetence, but by deliberate actions.

As for the second question, there probably is no way to know outside of a formal announcement by the SEC on their litigation press release page.
